What We Collect
When you use our quote or contact forms we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, project answers, site details and any files you upload. We also store your cookie choice and your unsent quote answers on your own device, so the site remembers them.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss your project. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates about new buildings and projects. You can opt out at any time.
Lawful Basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and marketing data and analytics only with your consent.
Sharing
We use trusted providers to run this website: Vercel for hosting, temporary storage of files you upload with a quote (deleted once your enquiry has been emailed to us, and within 24 hours at most) and, if you allow it, privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics; and Resend to deliver form enquiries by email. If you choose to load the map on our contact page, Google provides it. We do not sell your data. We may share details with planning or finance specialists only with your agreement.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for 2 months, then delete them. If your enquiry goes ahead as a project, we keep the information needed to deliver it.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Contact sales@mbsgrp.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Read how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy.
