General.
Premium, large-format buildings made with a Structural Insulated Panel system: luxury lodges, wedding venues, holiday park lodges, permanent homes and annexes, saunas and spa buildings.
Our workshop is at Blaenau Fuel Depot, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, SA18 3BX. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

SIPs & Construction.
High-performance building panels made from two structural OSB skins bonded to an EPS insulation core, forming a single rigid, lightweight and highly insulating panel.
SIP buildings have a strong, rigid structure built for the long term. Our homes are designed to Building Regulations.
Certifications and compliance, for example BBA certification and Eurocode design compliance, depend on the exact products specified for a project. We can provide product documentation where required.
Planning.
Most of our buildings need planning permission. We'll advise on your route and can introduce you to planning specialists.
Decisions follow Planning Policy Wales, Technical Advice Notes such as TAN 6 and TAN 13, and the local development plan. Protected areas like National Parks carry extra scrutiny.
Where a site licence requires it, lodges can be designed to the twin-unit caravan definition in the Caravan Sites Act 1968. We'll advise whether that route suits your site.
Finance.
Self-build mortgages are available. Lenders almost always require a 10-year structural warranty, and we'll work with your lender and warranty provider.
Commercial clients often use business or asset finance. We can introduce you to the finance providers we recommend, including Close Brothers, Millbrook Business Finance and Blue Star Business Finance.
Lodges & Holiday Parks.
Our lodges are built for four-season comfort. How often a lodge can be occupied may depend on its planning conditions and site licence.
Yes. The 40ft x 13ft lodge is our signature layout, and other sizes and layouts are designed to your brief.
Yes. We plan multi-unit delivery in phases to suit your development and cash flow, with a consistent specification across every unit.
Wedding Venues.
Yes. We design the venue buildings and guest accommodation together as one venue estate.
We can design spaces with ceremony licensing in mind. Approval for civil ceremonies is granted by the local authority and is the venue owner's responsibility.
Saunas & Wellbeing.
The Mobile Wellness Unit seats 10-12 people.
The Premium External Sauna can have an electric or wood-fired heater, for example from Harvia or Huum. The Mobile Wellness Unit uses a 12-15 kW electric heater, depending on the model.

Delivery & Installation.
It depends on the building, planning and your site. Factory-made panels mean a fast build on site, and we set out a programme at quote stage. Site assessment and design typically take around two weeks each; manufacture, delivery and fit-out depend on the building.
It depends on the building. We assess access, services and ground conditions during the site assessment and advise on anything needed.
Yes. Our own team handles delivery, installation, fit-out and handover.
